Your Contact Information
We only earn business if trusted by those who have decided to connect with us. So, we will never share or sell any contact information you choose to provide to us. Suppose you ask us to stop connecting with you. In that case, we will delete your information from our customer relationship system and remove your connection to us from our social media sites. We understand that sometimes your needs change. We don’t want to assume we are the right company to help everyone, so we take your requests seriously and respect your wishes.
We respect you! We hope you appreciate that our existence is built on the promise to change the world of consulting for the better. To do that, we do not make false promises or give your contact information to a partner without your permission. We will always contact you directly and ask your permission if one of our partners wishes to connect to any of our clients. You can tell us yes or no. We honor both equally.
Client Data Security
As for privacy and security of our customer-related content, work components, deliverables, and other materials, while working for a customer, we have our content on a secure corporate Google platform so our client and team can work on-site, hybrid, or remotely. We are also open to using your laptops that connect only to your network.
We maintain weekly full encrypted backups to an off-site SAN with hourly incremental backups. Once our client work is completed, our standard approach to security is to encrypt and compress our client materials and hold them for one year on a client-specific SDHC card (stored in a secure off-site location) to allow our customers to ask for incremental materials or work components if needed. After that one year, we government wipe the files (5+ random passes of “0”s and “1”s over the client-specific SDHC card unless specific security requirements are defined in the MSA or SOW for a client. Our clients are unique, so the only materials we have ever been able to reuse are our existing models, methodologies, and internal ENKI tools (our IP). Since all of our consultants have been executives at companies, they are not learning on the job and do not need to keep your materials as part of their learning. So, your content is crucial to you, not to us. We don’t need or want to keep it since that adds to our data storage costs.
