Lawrence Dillon is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in driving digital transformation and operational excellence. With over 35 years of experience leading global organizational transformation, he has a deep understanding of complex business challenges and the ability to deliver tangible results. As a former CIO of a multi-billion dollar, multi-national, business service company, and CIO and COO of a global manufacturing and life sciences company, and an Interim CIO of a national telecom and media company, Lawrence has successfully led large-scale initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, digital transformations, and IT modernization.

Currently serving as the CEO of ENKI LLC, Lawrence is a sought-after advisor and consultant to Fortune 500 companies. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and technology. Lawrence is recognized as a strategic thinker and innovator, with a particular focus on leveraging AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to CoVid, he has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences, Lawrence is known for his ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. He has been recognized by Gartner as a “brilliant enterprise architect” for his pioneering work in Enterprise Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, creating the operational methodology for delivering Service Oriented Architecture into systems, co-creating the 6+1 Enterprise Architecture Domain Model, and coining the term “Business Architecture”.

Lawrence holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Business Management from Keene State College. He is a licensed insurance producer in Pennsylvania and holds certifications including but not limited to project management, process engineering, organizational change management, data strategy and engineering, and race car driving.

Stephanie Qualls is an Organizational Change Management and Operational Optimization consulting and coaching professional with forty years of business experience, including a mix of consulting, industry operational leadership, and international staff roles. For over twenty-five years, she has supported leaders to transform business performance through leadership development and performance coaching combined with implementation of complex results-focused programs including integrated supply chain management, maintenance planning and scheduling, asset effectiveness, project execution and major cost reduction applying Operational Excellence and process improvement methods, staff training, management systems, and program management.

Stephanie has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has been able to participate in MBA studies in a number of U.S. cities and at INSEAD in France.

Stephanie’s success in the business world has also led her to the classroom, as a visiting lecturer on Social and Project Management for the capstone course of Rice University’s Computer Science Master’s program. This lecture series focused on stakeholder engagement, team management, and collaborative project management.

 

Synthia Taylor, Ph.D.

Synthia Taylor brings the science of adult education to support the cultural and people transformation needed for successful technical and business transformations. She is a strategic and hands-on, positive, and passionate servant leader who leverages a team-oriented approach to learners’ achievements.

Synthia has a Ph.D. in the Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service, a MS Degree in Educational Leadership, and an undergraduate BA degree in Elementary Education.
Synthia holds her Teaching, Administrator, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Superintendent licenses in the State of Wisconsin. She continues to serve on multiple community advisory committees and has done so for over a decade to promote social justice in education in Michigan and Wisconsin.

Synthia enjoys outdoor activities including tennis, golf, cycling, yoga, skiing, Big Ten football and Tour de France.
